Black Diamond Coatings is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to lead our Dade City warehouse. You’ll own daily operations, improve shipping and inventory accuracy, and develop a team expected to grow from five to approximately fifteen employees.

This is an opportunity to put your ideas into action, build repeatable processes, and help prepare our warehouse operations for expansion into a second location.

What you’ll do

• Lead receiving, inventory, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.

• Organize the warehouse using 5S, clear bin locations, and documented procedures.

• Improve order accuracy through barcode scanning, verification tools, and process improvements.

• Manage cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate ERP records.

• Coordinate carrier pickups, deliveries, and dock schedules.

• Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.

• Work alongside your team, including operating a forklift and backing up daily ShipStation processing.

• Maintain safe operations and support the future Columbia, SC warehouse launch.

What you’ll bring

• At least five years of progressive warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience, including parcel and LTL shipping.

• At least three years directly leading a warehouse team of five or more, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Measurable success improving inventory and shipping accuracy.

• Experience with a WMS or ERP inventory system and ShipStation or an equivalent shipping platform.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Current forklift certification, the ability to operate daily, and experience training and certifying others.

• A practical leadership style with clear expectations, accountability, and a willingness to work on the floor.

Experience with Amazon, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, or Walmart shipping requirements is a plus, as is experience implementing barcode systems, Lean/5S practices, or launching a warehouse.

The role is based in Dade City, Florida , with occasional travel to Brooksville and periodic travel to Columbia, SC during the future site launch. Candidates should be comfortable regularly lifting 25–50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and adjusting schedules when shipping commitments require it.
