Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This is a hands on position which requires working with the employees in the warehouse on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in supervision, training, inventory management, and will be able to manage various types of product inventory. Additionally, the successful Supervisor will be capable of overseeing the entire warehouse staff and regularly evaluate their performance in order to ensure that all deadlines are met.

Our company supplies major retail chains with various types of product throughout the US.

Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 5:30am to 2:30pm.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Track inventory levels
• Order new supplies in a timely manner
• Constantly work to improve processes
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements
• Optimize employee workflow
• Ensure warehouse is safe, clean and organized at all times
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Train, guide and evaluate new and existing warehouse workers
• Attention to details and instructions
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are correct and labeled properly
• Work with other employees to complete assigned duties

Experience required:

• Forklift Operation Certification
• 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to work Saturdays when necessary
• Ability to manage inventory
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
