Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient workflow within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-managed warehouse environment while implementing lean practices to optimize processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to coordinate various logistical activities to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Planning and directing all daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Controlling product and material inventory levels through regular physical counts and updates.
• Creating and maintaining lean warehouse practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ordering building materials, tools, and equipment necessary for warehouse operations.
• Continually updating the job tracking database to reflect current inventory and activity status.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and other related facilities.
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials, with or without the use of a forklift.
• Assisting with picking up and delivering materials as needed to support operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management or related logistics roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading activities when required.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
