The ideal person for this role...

You take ownership of everything that comes in and goes out the door, and you don’t let the numbers drift. You’ve led a warehouse or shipping crew before, and you know how to hold people to a standard while helping them grow. You’re organized and steady, and you’d rather fix a broken process than live with it.

Job Responsibilities

Report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)

• Lead, manage, and hold your Receiving, Shipping, and Parts Washing team accountable for hitting personal and team goals
• Own finished goods and material inventory accuracy through consistent cycle counts and disciplined processes
• Run inbound receiving and outbound shipping so orders go out on time and right
• Drive efficient scrap recycling and waste processing to control costs and stay compliant
• Oversee parts washing to make sure output meets quality and readiness standards

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations
• Proven ability to lead and develop team leads and individual contributors
• Proven working knowledge of inventory management systems and counting practices

Compensation Benefits

$70,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This is an exempt salary position.
