Warehouse Manager - Inbound Operations

JOB PURPOSE

The DCO Warehouse Manager for Inbound Operations is accountable for the end-to-end management, control, and optimization of all inbound warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, quality verification, put away, storage utilization, inventory accuracy, and inbound transaction integrity.

The role ensures that all incoming inventory is received accurately, processed within established turnaround times, stored in designated locations, and made available for downstream operations without delay. The position is responsible for maintaining operational readiness, warehouse capacity, productivity, inventory accuracy, and process compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives.

MAJOR TASKS

• Lead all inbound receiving, putaway, storage, and inventory control activities.
• Ensure inbound deliveries are processed within agreed service levels.
• Monitor and eliminate receiving and putaway backlogs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and location integrity across all warehouse areas.
• Review and validate inbound productivity and operational performance reports.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits covering inventory, safety, housekeeping, and process compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and warehouse optimization initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder concerns and inbound operational escalations.
• Prepare and manage inbound operating budgets.
• Support organizational development and succession planning initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the DCO Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum three (3) years in a managerial role handling warehouse operations.
• Strong experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution center environments is preferred.
• Experience in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and warehouse automation initiatives is preferred.
