Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing)

Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations. The position is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate and timely receiving, storage, picking, production supply and shipment activities while managing a large warehouse workforce.

Job Description:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, material delivery to production, finished-goods handling and shipment loading.
• Ensure materials are stored under the required conditions and supplied to production on time.
• Ensure finished goods are prepared and shipped according to production and delivery plans.
• Maintain effective inventory control and achieve high inventory accuracy.
• Improve warehouse productivity, space utilization, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements, including proper waste handling.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve material flow, factory efficiency, cost control and workplace safety.
• Deliver agreed performance targets related to inventory, cost, continuous improvement, safety and innovation.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team.
• Identify training needs and develop succession plans for key warehouse positions.
• Prepare warehouse budgets, monitor expenses and manage operational improvement projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a sizable warehouse workforce, including both staff and operational employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and manufacturing supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse process improvement, space optimization or operational transformation.
• Fluent in English.
