Warehouse Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to lead construction projects with energy, precision, and a proactive approach. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide on-site activities effectively.
• Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to meet deadlines.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and clarity; communicate updates or changes to team members.
• Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and logs using software like Prolog or Bluebeam.
• Oversee budgeting activities related to labor, materials, and equipment; track expenses against project budgets.
• Lead team meetings to communicate project progress, address issues promptly, and motivate staff for peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards while maintaining a focus on efficiency and quality.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising construction crews in commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy civil construction processes including pipeline installation and site development.
• Strong background in construction scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, or Primavera is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Solid understanding of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience conducting safety audits.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including blueprint reading, quality control inspections, and safety supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting processes, and managing project documentation efficiently.

Pay: $24.18 - $30.15 per hour
