About the Opportunity

Nu Way Concrete Forms is seeking a Warehouse / Material Handler to join our team and support the daily operations of our warehouse.

This is a hands-on, physically active position responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, pulling, and preparing construction materials and supplies for customer orders and deliveries. The Warehouse / Material Handler plays an important role in making sure our customers receive the correct products safely, accurately, and on time.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working with construction materials and equipment. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Pull and prepare materials for customer orders, deliveries, and pickups.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against shipping and receiving documents.
• Identify, count, and inspect materials to help maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to safely move products throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Stage orders for customer pickup and delivery.
• Assist customers and delivery personnel with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate product placement and help identify inventory discrepancies.
• Inspect materials for damage and report damaged or incorrect products to management.
• Follow all Company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Work cooperatively with Warehouse, Delivery, Sales, Rental, and other departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Ability to accurately identify, count, and organize materials.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn Nu Way's products, warehouse locations, and inventory procedures.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment and being on your feet throughout the workday.
• Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Warehouse, construction supply, building materials, distribution, forklift, or material-handling experience is a plus.
