Warehouse Material Handler

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a high school graduate or College level.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience as warehouse staff in any manufacturing company.
• With driver’s license is an advantage.
• Knowledge in MS office applications specifically in MS Excel is an advantage.
• With good mathematical/analytical skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RECEIVING

• Responsible in auditing of the actual packages of all incoming delivery. She must inform her immediate superior for any item that does not comply with the requirement (physical appearance of the packaging and actual count).
• Check all items for receive should have reference documents and should inform her superior if documents are not available prior receiving.

STORAGE

• Ensure that all materials for storage are complying in all the requirements.
• Update the stock card after storing the materials.

KITTING AND ISSUANCE

• Responsible in kitting and issuance of materials and should ensure that all materials to be issued have proper documents such as Material Issuance Request (MIR) duly approved by the requestor’s Department Officer.
• Ensure for the correctness of the materials to be issued and all records should be updated. All materials issued to production must bear the correct part number and quantity and she must verify if the quantity indicated in the stock card is tally with the actual count. She should inform her immediate superior for any discrepancy found.

INVENTORY TAKING

• Assists the Warehouse Controller in Inventory counting and conducting of cycle counting of defined materials. All Direct, indirect materials, consumables and office supplies should be properly counted.
• Assists in data encoding base on the result of inventory.
• PEZA and CUSTOMS document processing.
• Liaise with PEZA and CUSTOMS all documentary requirement
• Secure approval of PEZA for all documents, including but not limited to Letter of Authority (LOA), Farm-in, Farm-out, etc.
• Secure approval of CUSTOMS for all documents, including but not limited to Duties and Tax for Local sales, Farm outs, etc

RECORD UPDATING

• Assist the warehouse controller in encoding of all transaction inside the warehouse section.
• Responsible in safekeeping and filing of all necessary documents for reference purposes.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time, or as the need arises.
