Warehouse Officer

1.    Stand In to WHL Supervisor and Inventory Control in all aspect of the WHL operations

2.    Focus on both physical operation and Logistics Delivery Deployment

3.     Supervise the proper product handling (Incoming or Outgoing)

4.    Keen validation of all Incoming Import Documents, remarks prior ISR submission to Regulatory and Accounting Department.

5.    Regular Checking of all products and proper storage based on the regulatory requirements.

6.    Lead in Monitoring the stock level in the warehouse.

7.    Lead the Logistics Team in preparation of Delivery prior deployment with complete documents with 100% accurate

8.    Validate all Warehouse and delivery transactions report/documentation

9. Ensure of all necessary documents are distributed accordingly base on delivery requirements.

10. Ensure close coordination with Logistics coordinator and Vehicle Maintenance in all PMS schedule

11. Monitors countering of invoices Daily in coordination with Logistics coordinator and Finance Team.

12. Coordinate properly to Finance Team related to Changes of Client Countering

13. Prepare WHL purchase request and route for signing

14. Monitor all the POs countered signed from Supplier

Qualifications:

1.    College graduate of any course.

2.    Has at least 5 years exposure in Warehouse and Logistics management

3.    Ability to speak and understand the English Language.

4.    Hardworking, diligent, honest, have good interpersonal skills and have sound judgement.

5.    Ability to submit accurate and efficient report on a timely manner

6.    Ability to conduct refresher training to all Warehouse and Logistics personnel

7. Ability to handle presentation/cascading in the absence of WHL Supervisor
