Warehouse Officer

• Ensures implementation of safety policies and procedures and good housekeeping within the department.
• Reports unsafe conditions, behaviours and inappropriate practices.
• Responsible for direct management and handling of all warehousing function at the organizations warehouse facilities, this includes accountability for inbound and out bound freight, as well as adherence to safety, legislative and organizational policies and procedures.
• Ensures availability of all critical spare parts inside the warehouse. Canvassing of self-sourcing items to be purchased, monitoring of spare parts inventory of consignment items.
• Plan warehouse lay out and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
• Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet demand of spare parts and consumables.
• Conduct periodic spot checks of inventory level supplies of equipment.
• Identify discrepancies between inventory and take action.
• Perform the canvassing of self-sourcing items and cater the needs and requirements of end user for rush and urgent goods/services.
• To be responsible for the completion and prompt submission of all related paper works and provision and other information as requested.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with the company's system requirements, policies and regulation.
• Perform others task that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably in logistics, supply chain management or Business Administration courses.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Has a strong safety awareness, negotiation, speaking and persuasion.
• Preferably residing and willing to be deployed in Taysan Batangas.
