Warehouse Officer

About the role

Warehouse Officer responsible for controlling the receipt and issuance of raw materials and goods in accordance with documentation, verifying quantity and condition of goods, and organizing goods by category. The role involves checking and controlling stock accurately against system records, recording receipt and issuance data in SAP/ERP systems, preparing stock reports and performance reports, coordinating with Production, Planning, Purchasing and related departments, verifying and monitoring the accuracy of warehouse documents, supporting stock counts and monthly inspections, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Control receipt and issuance of raw materials and goods according to documentation
• Verify quantity and condition of goods
• Organize and categorize goods for storage
• Check and control stock accuracy against system records
• Record receipt and issuance data in SAP/ERP systems
• Prepare stock reports and performance reports
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing and related departments
• Verify and monitor accuracy of warehouse documents
• Support stock counts and monthly inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

About you

• Age 21 years and above
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Business Administration, Industrial or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with various departments
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Experience in warehouse or SAP/ERP systems is a plus
