What they need
WAREHOUSE OFFICER
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to support daily warehouse operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and inventory accuracy
- Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Prepare delivery orders, stock records, and related documentation
- Conduct stock count and inventory checks regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of warehouse area
- Ensure goods are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss
Requirements
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or store operations
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / inventory system)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities
- Good teamwork and communication skills
