What they need
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.
● Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with FIFO principles.
● Coordinate with production, purchasing and supply chain teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
● Monitor warehouse layout, cold storage, and material handling equipment for efficiency.
● Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP, and GMP).
● Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and warehouse KPIs.
● Train and guide warehouse staff to uphold company policies and safety practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food-grade warehouse systems and ERP software.
- Proven expertise in HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.
