Warehouse Officer

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Plan and prioritize work assignment for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
• Train and develop team member on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control, and accuracy of inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments; such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and fulfillment rates.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in warehouse operation (receiving. issuance, inventory keeping)
• Knowledgeable in safekeeping and product preservation
• Keen on implementation of ABC classification of Material
• Knowledgeable in SAP System and Material Handling equipment operation.
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years exposure to warehouse with a 24/7 operation in a manufacturing set-up.
