Warehouse Officer

About the role

This role involves monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment. You will receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming deliveries, prepare and release materials based on approved requests, and conduct regular stock counts. You will ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of warehouse items while maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming deliveries
• Prepare and release materials and supplies based on approved requests
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or shortages
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of warehouse items
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse
• Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and other departments
• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the immediate supervisor

About you

• College graduate

• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory recordkeeping

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Honest, dependable, and responsible

• Physically fit for warehouse-related duties

• Willing to work on-site and follow the company's work schedule

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with other departments

• Can start ASAP
