Position: Warehouse Officer

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, stock monitoring, and documentation to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee the receiving, checking, storing, and releasing of warehouse items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare, monitor, and process transfer orders to ensure accurate and timely movement of stocks.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing items.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, delivery, and other departments regarding inventory concerns
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Monitor damaged, missing, and slow-moving stocks.
• Prepare inventory reports and other warehouse-related documents.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stock control.
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring, warehouse procedures, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work onsite.
