Warehouse Officer – Section 8

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse operations in our manufacturing environment. The role will manage material receiving, storage and issuance, monitor inventory accuracy, maintain warehouse records and ensure smooth material flow to production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse operations and material movement.
• Coordinate receiving, checking, storing and issuing of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Conduct stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse records, reports and system updates.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and other departments.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Support warehouse improvement activities and process improvements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with relevant parties.
• Possess a valid forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
