Warehouse Officer/Executive

About the role

Responsibility and accountability for inventory management and all warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate delivery inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish products as needed to maintain optimal inventory
• Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliation of variances
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain records
• Generate and analyse weekly and monthly operational reports (inventory aging, slow-moving stock, delivery performance, etc.) to support decision-making
• Liaise with transporters, and internal departments to coordinate operations smoothly

About you

• Degree in Warehouse or Logistics
• Professional qualification in logistic, supply chain, material management is an added advantage
• Knowledge in handling ERP system
• At least 3 years above Warehouse (2-4 years prior experience)
• Good interpersonal and leadership skill
• Able to work independently and have self-discipline
