Location: Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP), Sabah

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Operations candidate to support our daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with manpower planning and work arrangements according to operational needs.
• Monitor daily operational performance and KPI achievement.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare basic reports.
• Follow up on operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, distribution, or related operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with different teams.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
