Warehouse Operation Assistant (Permit Declaration | Order Processing)

About the Role

Join a fast-paced and dynamic team supporting FMCG warehouse operations. This role is suitable for someone who is highly organised, enjoys coordinating multiple activities, and is comfortable working across logistics, inventory, customer service, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documents and permit declarations.
• Coordinate purchase orders, stock replenishment, and inventory.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock-taking.
• Liaise with Finance on payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export, inventory, or customer service is an advantage.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
