Warehouse Operation Associate

About the role

Spartan BTY Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to support our Supply Chain Department in maintaining accurate inventory and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries
• Organize, label, store, pick, and pack products and supplies
• Monitor and update inventory and stock movements
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and audits
• Monitor damaged, expired, or missing items
• Follow FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory transfers
• Prepare warehouse and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams

About you

• College graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
• Able to handle warehouse materials
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Responsible, accountable, and willing to work overtime when necessary
