Warehouse Operation Planner

Key Responsibilities

·       Plan and prioritize daily inbound, outbound, and inventory activities based on customer requirements and operational capacity.

·       Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure work is executed according to the agreed schedule.

·       Prepare daily work plans and allocate workloads to maximize productivity and resource utilization.

·       Monitor order progress and proactively resolve operational issues that may impact service levels.

·       Communicate with Customer Service and other stakeholders regarding operational status, delays, and recovery plans.

·       Ensure customer priorities and shipment cut-off times are met.

·       Track warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

·       Maintain accurate planning records and prepare operational reports when required.

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and productivity.

·       Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

·       Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, when required.

·       Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.

·       Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·       Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.

·  Must be willing to work in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.
