Job Summary / 职位简介:
Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized warehouse environment. / 负责仓库的日常运营与管理工作，包括货物收货、入库、储存、拣货、包装、出货及库存管理。同时负责仓库员工的工作安排与监督，确保仓库运作高效、准确、安全及有序。

Key Responsibilities / 主要工作职责

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities. / 负责仓库日常运作及管理工作。
• Manage receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. /安排及监督货物的收货、验货、入库、储存、拣货、包装及出货。
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.  /负责库存管理，确保系统库存与实际库存数量一致。
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies. /定期进行库存盘点，并及时处理库存差异。
• Assign tasks and schedules to warehouse employees. / 合理安排仓库员工的工作及岗位分配。
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff performance. / 负责培训、指导及监督仓库员工的工作表现。
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products. / 确保货物按照公司规定正确分类、摆放及储存。
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery. / 监督进货及出货流程，确保订单能够准时及准确完成。
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. / 维持仓库整洁、有序，并确保符合安全操作标准。
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures. / 遵守公司仓库管理制度及职业安全与健康规定。
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, logistics, and other departments. / 与采购、销售、物流及其他部门进行协调与沟通。
• Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory and shipment reports. / 准备库存、出货、收货等相关仓库报告。
• Identify operational problems and implement improvements to increase efficiency. / 及时发现仓库运作中的问题，并提出改善方案。
• Operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment where applicable. / 监督叉车及其他仓库设备的正确及安全使用。

Requirements / 任职要求

• SPM，Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. / 具备仓库管理、物流、供应链或相关领域的学历/资格。

• 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience. / 具备 2–5年或以上仓库/物流相关工作经验，有主管经验者优先。

• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures. / 熟悉仓库运作流程及库存管理。

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. / 具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力。

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. / 能够独立处理工作，并能在压力下完成工作任务。

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory systems. / 熟悉基本电脑操作，如 Microsoft Excel 及库存管理系统。

• Forklift certification or relevant equipment experience is an advantage. / 持有叉车执照或具备叉车操作经验者优先
