WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS -Admin Executive

• Role: Warehouse Operations Coordinator
• Industry: Printing and Publishing / Press Operations
• Location: Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Client Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, take print orders, and update clients on job status from design to delivery.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate between the customer, graphic design, printing, and finishing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Billing & Accounts: Prepare basic bills, manage invoices, record basic financial transactions, and handle petty cash.
• Office Administration: Manage phone calls, emails, filing systems, and routine correspondence.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and restock office stationery, printing paper supplies, and production raw materials.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an warehouse oprations - SAP Must need to know for this role.
• Software Skills: Basic computer literacy, MS Office SAP (Word/Excel), and email correspondence.
• Communication: Good verbal and written skills in Malayalam and English to deal with local vendors and clients.
