WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ADMIN SUPPORT | WEST

About the role

Warehouse Operations Admin Support role based in the West area. This position involves managing daily warehouse documentation, processing orders and invoices, performing data entry, tracking stock movement, coordinating with warehouse staff, liaising with drivers and suppliers, and handling general office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse documentation and records.
• Process delivery orders, invoices and goods receiving documentation.
• Perform data entry and keep inventory information up to date.
• Track stock movement and update the warehouse system accordingly.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on inbound and outbound activities.
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers and customers for delivery and collection arrangements.
• Handle filing and general office administration.
• Support report preparation and other ad hoc duties.

About you

• N-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse administration or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
