Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pick & Pack Manager to oversee and manage the overall pick and pack operations, including picking, checking, packing, staging, and handover to the transportation team. This role is responsible for ensuring that products are prepared accurately, completely, and on time, while managing team productivity, accuracy, SLA, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall picking, checking, packing, staging, and handover processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time completion.
• Plan and allocate manpower for daily operations and peak periods based on order volume and workload.
• Control product accuracy, including SKU, quantity, product condition, related documents, and readiness before handover.
• Monitor and manage team KPIs such as pick accuracy, packing accuracy, productivity, error rate, on-time completion, and SLA.
• Identify and resolve operational issues such as wrong picking, packing errors, missing items, damaged products, document mismatch, and delays.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Outbound, Transport, Customer Service, and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure team members comply with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Analyze operational problems and improve work processes to reduce errors, increase productivity, and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Team Leaders, and staff to achieve operational targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Pick & Pack, Fulfillment, Outbound Operations, or Logistics Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management within warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Good understanding of picking, checking, packing, staging, handover, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience in managing operational KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, error rate, SLA, or on-time fulfillment.
• Strong planning, manpower allocation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, SAP, OMS, or fulfillment systems will be an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and process improvement mindset.
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Distribution Center, or Fulfillment Center will be an advantage.
