Warehouse Operations Assistant

About the role

This role supports day-to-day order fulfilment and logistics operations for a Korean fashion brand expanding through global e-commerce and live commerce. The position is suitable for someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment, is organised and detail-oriented, and is interested in learning about e-commerce and global logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily order fulfilment and shipment arrangements for online and live commerce orders
• Manage order processing, picking, packing and shipment preparation
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock information is updated accurately
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure orders are shipped on time
• Handle Next-Day Delivery (NDD), Pre-order and other time-sensitive orders
• Check order and inventory data and follow up on any discrepancies
• Maintain and update logistics, inventory and order records
• Assist with returns, exchanges and other after-sales logistics matters
• Support daily operations and help improve warehouse and order fulfilment processes

About you

• Comfortable with hands-on work, including packing orders, preparing shipments and handling products
• Highly detail-oriented and careful when handling orders, inventory and data
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and handling data
• Good attention to detail and able to work accurately with numbers, SKUs and order information
• Responsible, organised and able to follow up on tasks independently
• Willing to double-check work and ensure accuracy before completing tasks
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehouse operations is an advantage
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or other e-commerce platforms is preferred
• Korean language skills are preferred and will be an advantage
