Warehouse Operations Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Accounting or Business Administration)
• Must have at least 2 years in Warehousing and Materials Management
• Preferably 2 – 4 years working experience in MRP, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain
• Preferably with experience in handling SAP ECC6-MRP, SRM

Job Summary:

• Plan and organize daily warehouse activities to meet the Refinery's requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize overall operational efficiency.
• Oversee the receiving / issuance / delivery of process chemicals, catalysts, lube oils, special tubes, and other turnaround materials. Ensure that items are handled and stored in compliance with quality standards. Ensure stock items are properly tagged/labeled in their assigned bin locations as reflected in SAP.
• Prepare Materials Inspection and Rejection reports arising from the receipt of off-specs, short-shipped, defective, and bad ordered materials as recommended by end-users or as he/she may deemed necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping/ensure proper maintenance of Utilities and Satellite warehouses and open storage yards.
