Warehouse Operations Associate (College Degree Required)

About Us
LumeKeebs is a Las Vegas e-commerce company that sells premium mechanical and gaming keyboards and accessories. We’re a small, growing team, and we’re looking for a dependable person to help run our warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Check products and quantities before shipping
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup
• Receive and unload boxes and pallets, and check them against packing lists and purchase orders
• Inspect shipments for damage or count mismatches and report them
• Help with inventory counts, returns, and replacements
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized, with good time management
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to stand all day and lift [50] lbs
• Basic computer skills

Preferred

• Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce experience
• Shopify, inventory, or shipping software experience
• Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Small business or startup experience

Ideal Candidate
Dependable, organized, and proactive, and takes ownership of their work. Accuracy matters a lot in this role because it directly affects customer orders and inventory.
