About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator (WOC) to oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination of promotional bundling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management – Plan, monitor, and reconcile stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Order & Replenishment – Oversee stock replenishment orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Documentation – Prepare and monitor documentation for stock transfers and receiving.
• Promotional Planning – Coordinate and supervise bundling activities for promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
