Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth logistics coordination, and high-quality service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

A. Order Management

• Handle day-to-day warehouse logistics operations.
• Manage post-sales processes including delivery orders, invoicing, commissioning notes, credit notes, returns, and related documentation.
• Escalate complex customer or supplier issues to Customer Services.

B. Warehouse & Inventory

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and proper stacking/palletizing of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation, loan set tracking, and reporting.
• Handle incoming goods inspections, stock returns/exchanges, and stock write-offs/disposals.
• Review inventory and prepare purchase requisitions as needed.

C. Logistics

• Coordinate logistics with third-party couriers.
• Manage loan set logistics and advise the sales team on coverage.
