Position Overview

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing daily warehouse workflows, ensuring operational accuracy, and supporting management in achieving performance targets. This position is responsible for planning, steering, and monitoring warehouse operations while working closely with management and warehouse associates. The coordinator ensures quality standards are met, documentation is precise, and all warehouse processes run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse operations planning — Plans, steers, and monitors warehouse operations.
• Management communication — Interfaces with management and customer service, communicating via Teams.
• Target implementation — Reviews management’s targets and develops the implementation plan in close coordination with the Warehouse Team Lead; execution on the floor sits with the Team Lead.
• Quality control — Assigns quality checks to the Warehouse Team Lead and documents the results.
• Operational reporting — Writes daily and weekly reports to management.
• Operational support — Provides hand on assistance, as needed, including picking and packing bellicon trampolines and other small parts/items.
• Returns processing — Handles returns and books them in NAV; physical return work is performed by a warehouse associate.
• Inventory documentation — Maintains accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Supplier & logistics coordination — Coordinates with suppliers and freight forwarders regarding shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Purchase order management — Creates and manages purchase orders and supplier claims.
• Warehouse administrative support — Supports warehouse operations with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
• Internal collaboration — Collaborates with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order processing, operations, logistics, customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Professional and operations-focused attitude.
• Attention to detail in documentation and quality checks
• Able to stand/sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP systems.
• Experience leading or coordinating warehouse staff
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or premium consumer products.
