About The Role

We are looking for an organized, hands-on Warehouse Operations Coordinator to manage daily order flow in our Irvine warehouse. You will make sure wholesale and at-once orders are printed, picked, scanned and dispatched on time, track team productivity, and coordinate between the warehouse and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Manage all wholesale and at-once orders from release through dispatch.
• Organize orders daily and allocate them to pickers.
• Track daily picking and scanning productivity by team member.
• Make sure all orders are updated in the system and dispatched each day.

Inventory

• Identify stock shortages and discrepancies and work with the Operations team to resolve them.
• Support inventory accuracy through correct picking, scanning and system updates.

Coordination & Shipping

• Coordinate work between the warehouse and other departments, including special shipping projects for Marketing.
• Help prepare international export documentation.

Other

• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment or distribution experience, ideally in apparel or consumer products.
• Experience coordinating or leading a team of pickers and packers preferred.
• Comfortable in Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas and tracking sheets).
• Experience with inventory or order management systems; Cin7 a plus.
• Familiarity with international shipping and export documents a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage daily deadlines.
• Clear communicator who can work with warehouse staff and office teams.
• Able to work on-site and be on your feet in a warehouse environment.
