WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

• LRT station opposite the company - Taman Perindustrian Puchong Station
• Five (5) working days per week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Training will be provided to get you moving

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements, deliveries, and transportation schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse and logistics documentation, including delivery orders, goods receiving records, and inventory reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding delivery matters.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company safety procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and logistics-related concerns.
• Support periodic stock take and audit activities.
• Warranty replacement from supplier / to customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics operations.

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.

• Able to work independently, meet deadlines and as part of a team.

• Possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.

• Good communication, problem-solving skills and team-oriented.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
