About the role

Warehouse Operations Executive responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, ensuring high accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely processing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities, ensuring high accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely processing
• Plan and forecast shipment volumes, allocate manpower effectively, and optimize warehouse capacity utilization
• Monitor and coordinate with CS/Sales support team in 3rd party pick-up process
• Coordinate with the warehouse and customer service teams to optimize the outbound handling process, ensuring timely and efficient shipment processing
• Track operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
• Proactively address operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred)
• Good command of Chinese (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
