About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program.

This internship offers practical experience in daily warehouse operations, order preparation, packaging, inventory management, and stock control within a growing international fashion brand.

You will work closely with our operations team, actively participating in physical warehouse activities such as organizing products, preparing orders, handling stock movements, and maintaining warehouse organization. You will also gain experience using Nebim V3, our ERP system, to support inventory tracking and daily operational processes.

This is a hands-on, operational role that involves physical warehouse activities, including handling, carrying, and organizing products, alongside basic ERP system tasks.

This is an unpaid internship. Transportation and meal expenses will be covered throughout the internship period.

Successful interns will be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the program, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and storing products
• Assist with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
• Handle product movements, including carrying, sorting, and arranging inventory within the warehouse
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, including product checks and packaging
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure products are stored accurately and efficiently
• Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation
• Support stock transfers and product movements between the warehouse and stores
• Assist with barcode labeling, product registration, and inventory updates
• Enter and update stock information and daily transactions in the Nebim V3 ERP system
• Help maintain consistency between physical inventory and ERP records
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or operational issues
• Support the operations team with daily warehouse tasks and process improvements

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to actively participate in physical warehouse operations, including lifting, carrying, and organizing products
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or business operations
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace tools
• Familiarity with Nebim V3 or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required
• Students or recent graduates, particularly from Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, are encouraged to apply
