About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will oversee complex assembly processes and ensure the seamless integration of electromechanical components. Your leadership will drive production efficiency, maintain rigorous quality standards, and foster a collaborative environment where team members and contractors excel in meeting operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical documentation, including assembly drawings and sequence of events, to streamline production workflows.
• Execute precise assembly of components using specialized fixtures and measurement tools to guarantee product integrity.
• Conduct thorough functional testing of electromechanical subassemblies to ensure high-quality output.
• Proactively manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, coordinating supply orders, and verifying incoming materials.
• Mentor and train contractors on assembly protocols, safety standards, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build, test, and refine prototypes and new manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maintain project momentum.
• Document production metrics and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical test equipment.
