We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a world-class e-commerce warehouse operation at our facility in Soi Pridi Banomyong.

What you will do:

You will lead a warehouse team of 20, and be responsible for:

• All warehouse operations flows are performed correctly: Receiving, Storage, Pick & Pack, and Outbound
• Stock control: maintain ERP system inventory accuracy including cyclical stock counting
• Driving team performance as measured by output and accuracy KPIs; hiring & training team members as needed
• General warehouse management including coordinating equipment maintenance and materials purchasing

Who you are:

You love improving systems - and are excited by the challenges presented by a fast-growing operation.

Additionally - you must have:

• A track record of managing an efficient warehouse team, ideally e-commerce
• Strong experience with ERP or WMS software
• Great communication skills in English and Thai

Salary:

60-80k dependent on experience. Great bonus potential for achieving operations goals.

Location: Soi Pridi Banomyong, Phra Kanong. Parking is free on-site.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
