Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. This role manages inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch, monitors stock levels, and maintains accurate records in alignment with company standards. The manager leads and schedules warehouse staff, sets performance expectations, and promotes a safe, organized working environment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, resolving operational issues, optimizing processes and layout for efficiency, and ensuring high service levels for all stakeholders. The role also involves enforcing compliance with safety protocols and company policies while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Warehouse Management skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities and optimizing processes.
• Proficiency in Inventory Control and stock monitoring, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and use of inventory systems.
• Effective Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Customer Service skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality.
• Experience managing on-site warehouse operations, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Ability to analyze data, use warehouse or ERP software, and implement process improvements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
