Role - Warehouse operations - Returns

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end return management for Marketplace and D2C orders.
• Process and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for returned and inward inventory.
• Manage order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch for Marketplace and D2C orders.
• Update inventory and order status in EasyCom and POS systems.
• Reconcile inventory across warehouse, Marketplace, and D2C platforms.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits.
• Coordinate with courier partners for reverse logistics, RTO, and replacement shipments.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged returns, and claim-related issues.
• Work closely with customer support, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on orders, returns, inventory, and warehouse performance.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards.
