Warehouse Operations Specialist

1. Responsible for all warehouse activities for all segments.
2. Receive, check, validate and acknowledge all incoming and outgoing shipments.
3. Posting of Goods Receive (GR) on all goods received and any other returns in SAP/MM.
4. Maintain record of non-inventory items such as defective returns for repair, brochures, service tools, non-conformance etc to the respective requestor/segment.
5. Pick and pack equipment, accessories and spare parts according to instruction in the Delivery Request (DR) and issue Delivery Note (DN) in SAP/MM.
6. Schedule delivery with forwarder/service provider to ensure delivery reach on time.
7. Liaising closely with forwarder/service provider to ensure on time clearance for incoming shipment.
8. Ensure timely validation and submission of documents to relevant department for further processing.
9. Maintain high accuracy (99.9%) of inventory transactions and records through SAP/MM.
10. Maintain up-to-date records of DN and GR for all delivery/receiving transactions.
11. Conduct periodical and annual counts and reconcile stock movements with team/manager.
12. Ensure warehouse operations is at all times in compliance with safety, environment and health standard and Zeiss SOP/CSOP.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Business or any related field.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in Warehouse field.
3. Good command of written and spoken English.
4. Good knowledge of SAP Material Management Module and MS Excel.
5. Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions.
