RELX is a global leader in advanced vaping solutions, committed to delivering excellence across our supply chain. As we expand our footprint in the Philippines, we are looking for a dedicated on-site specialist to oversee our third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing operations in Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing operations managed by the 3PL provider, covering inbound receipt, outbound shipment, inventory control, product scrapping, and returns to ensure full compliance with company standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and product shelf-life regularly; identify potential risks such as expired goods or stock shortages, and coordinate with the 3PL to resolve issues promptly.

• Track and optimize inbound/outbound efficiency, analyze operational bottlenecks, and propose improvement measures to enhance overall warehouse performance.

• Manage end-to-end returns and scrapping processes; verify supporting documents and ensure all handling meets company policies and local regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the 3PL; communicate operational requirements, provide feedback, and drive the implementation of improvement plans.

• Prepare and submit regular operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly data, cycle count results, issue resolution status, and improvement progress), with timely escalation of abnormal situations.

• Assist in periodic performance audits of the 3PL provider, evaluate service quality, and propose actionable recommendations for cooperation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in warehousing operations, logistics management, or 3PL supervision; experience in the Philippines or Southeast Asia is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of warehousing processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, scrapping); proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively liaise between third-party providers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.

• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently under pressure.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Filipino is a plus.

• Willing to be stationed in Manila for the long term; adaptable with a collaborative team spirit.
