Job Overview

M&L Industrial Equipment is looking for reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operations Staff to join our growing industrial operations team in Phoenix, AZ.

This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse and industrial environment, using tools, handling materials, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting pallet racking and industrial equipment operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, physically active, and able to work as part of a team while completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, and preparing industrial materials and equipment.
• Handle pallet racking components including uprights, beams, wire decking, accessories, and related materials.
• Prepare materials for customer deliveries, warehouse pickups, installations, and project work.
• Assist with pallet racking installation, removal, modification, and preparation activities.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and properly.
• Assist with cutting, assembling, welding, painting, repairing, and preparing materials as assigned.
• Load and unload materials and equipment using appropriate warehouse procedures.
• Maintain accurate material organization and help keep inventory areas clean and properly labeled.
• Assist with warehouse organization, material flow, and preparation of work areas.
• Follow company procedures for tools, PPE, equipment, safety, and housekeeping.
• Report damaged, missing, or unusable materials to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support project teams with material preparation and warehouse-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Perform other operational duties related to warehouse and industrial equipment activities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, industrial, construction, equipment, pallet racking, demolition, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize industrial materials.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in an active warehouse and industrial environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience with pallet racking or industrial equipment is a plus.
