Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Full-time 42.5 hours per week Optional overtime available

We are a small, friendly, and growing company looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can confidently support day‑to‑day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods using a forklift truck
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with clients during deliveries
• Supporting and overseeing general warehouse operations as required

Requirements

• Valid forklift truck license (Training can be provided if needed)
• Full UK MANUAL driving license (REQUIRED) - PLEASE DONT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HOLD A MANUAL UK DRIVING LICENSE.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse, ideally in a supervisory role
• Good physical fitness — the role involves manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
