Warehouse Operations Support Coordinator

📍 On-Site | Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM PST

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for monitoring WMS activity, processing pick tags, supporting material returns, maintaining inventory supplies, and ensuring smooth warehouse workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor WMS and SEIMA file downloads for order extracts and order draws
• Print, sort, fold, and distribute pick tags by assignment and route
• Process pick tag reprints as requested by operations teams
• Print and prepare material return documentation and shipment totes
• Maintain inventory of forms, labels, printer supplies, paper, toners, and related materials
• Print and distribute operational reports including TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, and Wave reports
• Support WMS launch activities and daily warehouse operations
• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks to support distribution center productivity

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, distribution, or operations support
• Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site
