Location: Sowton, Exeter
Hours: Full time – 9.00am to 5.30pm - Mon to Fri
Salary: Up to £27,000

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join our small and passionate team.

Our warehouse is at the heart of our business, ensuring that products are booked in, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently to customers and dealers across the UK.

This is a varied, practical role where you'll be involved in the full warehouse process — from receiving incoming deliveries and putting stock away, through to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, has good attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Packing orders securely and professionally
• Receiving incoming deliveries and checking quantities against delivery notes
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Assisting with stock counts and warehouse organisation
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched on time

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Organised and has good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
• Physically capable of moving and lifting boxes and stock
• Able to work independently while also being a good team player
• Positive and willing to get stuck in
• Careful and accurate when handling stock and customer orders
• Ideally experienced in a warehouse, logistics or stock-related role, although full training will be provided for the right person
