Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Dartford.

The role involves handling parcels and supporting the smooth running of the warehouse. You will be required to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading inbound trailers
• Loading outbound vehicles
• Moving parcels safely and efficiently around the warehouse
• Lifting and handling heavy parcels
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a busy team to meet operational targets

Shift Times

We have the following shifts available:

• 1:00pm – 7:00pm
• 10:00pm – 4:00am

You must be flexible to work nights and weekends depending on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and willing to work in a busy environment
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy parcels
• Able to work night shifts and weekends
• Good team-working skills
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to work are essential

Pay: £12.71 per hour
