Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key duties include

· Cataloguing and managing archived materials using company systems

• Retrieving and processing customer requests accurately and on time
• Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting daily operational targets and service levels
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient working environment
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

· A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

· Good organisational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Basic IT, numeracy, and literacy skills

· Warehouse, archive, or logistics experience is desirable but not essential

· Forklift experience is advantageous, although full training can be provided
