FitKit UK Ltd is one of the UK's leading companies in the fitness equipment industry. We supply equipment throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East, specialising in the servicing, repair and installation of equipment for major brands and gyms.

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit 2 Warehouse Operatives to join our team and support our expanding operations.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, helping ensure fitness equipment is received, prepared and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include handling new and used fitness equipment, preparing customer orders, carrying out basic mechanical tasks where required, and ensuring all equipment is cleaned and securely packed before dispatch.

Orders will be shipped through pallet networks or, where appropriate, delivered by our in-house delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trucks.
• Receiving, checking and organising incoming equipment.
• Cleaning and preparing fitness equipment for dispatch.
• Locating and picking equipment for customer orders.
• Preparing, packing and securing orders for delivery.
• Carrying out minor mechanical work when required.
• Using hand and power tools safely where necessary.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and manage workloads.

About You

We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking individual who can work well as part of a team and remain productive in a busy warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle and move equipment safely.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous use/experience of forklifts.

Full training will be provided, so previous warehouse experience is not essential for the right candidate.

Please note: Due to the remote location of the warehouse, applicants must have their own car and be able to travel to and from the site reliably.
